Fantastic choice - communication was exceptional beginning to end, our tasting was so much fun and got us very excited about the day-of. Great to also do the bar/beverages as well and not have to hire another caterer. Also didn't have to rent other catering equipment because they worked out of their cool food truck. Set up/break down was smooth, food/drinks was great, their staff was stellar. 10/10

Tacos, food truck, margs - what more could you ask for at your wedding?! Bird & Co. was so incredible to work with. Ever since our tasting, we knew that the team here was the perfect choice. They were able to easily accommodate food allergies/restrictions and made sure everything was perfect for our big day. As for the service during the reception (we used them for both our caterer and bartender) - they were IMPECCABLE. The tacos and drinks kept flowing, they cleared empty cups and plates, and made sure everyone was having a great time. We couldn't recommend Bird & Co. enough as a wedding caterer! Our guests raved about the tacos, the creative cocktails, and the service of all the staff. Shout out to Emily and Patrick for your amazing customer service and communications. You are the best!

We feel so fortunate to have had Bird & Co cater our September beach wedding. Good food and drink were top priority for us, and Bird & Co absolutely crushed it! We had such a positive experience from start to finish and everything just went so smoothly. Emily and Patrick were so great to work with - they were very helpful, accommodating, and professional. The tasting was super fun and there are lots of options to choose from to fit your vibe and venue. The staff did an amazing job on our wedding day - it was beautiful and even better than we had imagined! Their attention to detail is exceptional, from the compostable dinnerware to the signage to the agua fresca station. Guests were (and still are) raving about the food. It was all so good! We absolutely LOVED having The Bird & Co. as our food vendor for our wedding. From the beginning of our wedding planning process to the day of, we felt extremely confident in our decision to work with them. They had plenty of food options and ways to customize it as needed to fit any dietary restrictions. They were extremely professional, friendly, and prompt with all of their communication. We had the Bird & Co Taco truck for my son and his fiancé’s rehearsal dinner. I think people hear food truck and don't expect the highest quality of food, but that couldn't be further from the truth with Bird & Co. The chips and salsa and flavored water presentations were so gorgeous. The tacos served from the truck were delicious! The margs were amazing! The churros were the perfect sweet ending to a delicious meal! The staff was friendly and attentive. Would not hesitate to recommend Bird & Co for any event. Emily was so easy to deal with and responded quickly to any question I had. Thank you so much!!

Bird & Co. offered a delicious, unique dinner option for our Maine wedding in August 2023. Patrick and Emily were helpful and fun to work with. They offered us a full tasting at their Portland restaurant to choose our menu which was a great experience. At our wedding, we received many compliments on the appetizers, taco buffet, signature margaritas and desserts. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding catering services of Bird & Co for my rehearsal dinner, and I cannot express how impressed I was with every aspect of their service. Having heard nothing but wonderful things from a friend who had previously hired them for her wedding, from the very first moment I reached out to them, it became evident that Bird & Co was exceptional. My journey with Bird & Co began with Emily, the incredible events coordinator who took my initial inquiry. From the get-go, I was taken aback by how promptly and professionally Emily handled my request. She arranged a meeting to discuss my needs and preferences, and throughout the entire wedding planning process, she continued to be a beacon of support, consistently following up and checking in to ensure that every detail was set in place and that I felt completely at ease. Emily and the staff at Bird & Co went above and beyond to make me feel immensely more comfortable during the often stressful time of wedding planning. What sets Bird & Co apart is not only their remarkable attention to detail but also their exceptional ability to adapt and handle unforeseen circumstances. My rehearsal dinner was scheduled to take place when a freak weather event brought sudden, severe wind and thunderstorms that surged through the area. The weather halted traffic on the highway, causing delays. Despite these challenging conditions, Patrick from Bird & Co still managed to make his way to us in a timely manner to deliver our food, and the food itself was nothing short of extraordinary. I highly recommend you utilize Bird & Co for your next catered event.

Planning a wedding can be so stressful but working with Bird and Co made it a lot easier. The short story is the food was amazing, they were wonderful to work with (prompt and efficient communication throughout the process) and they offer excellent services. They provided bar coverage, catering and even made the wedding cake. I would highly recommend using them for any event! The longer story: My son and his future wife wanted to have tacos at their wedding. The photo of fantastic looking tacos definitely grabbed my attention but the phone call with Patrick made all the difference. We knew several of the guests would not want tacos, but Patrick assured me that tacos were not his only fare. They offer everything from a tenderloin station to chicken piccata. Patrick was so enthusiastic about serving great food that he got us excited too! The next day my son and future daughter-in-law went to his restaurant to try his food. It did not disappoint! Honestly, it was smooth sailing from there. Patrick was so organized throughout the process. He kept the timeline moving, had them in for a tasting (that they are still raving about) and did a final walk through with the venue to assure everything would go smoothly on the wedding day. The wedding day was amazing! His staff were personable and attentive. At cocktail hour we were greeted with the most amazing margaritas (chosen by the bride and groom). There was a homemade chips and salsa station and delicious appetizers were circulated. The appetizers were plentiful too. The dinner was amazing! So many people came up to us telling us it was the best food that they had ever had at a wedding! The desserts were fantastic, the wedding cake was great! I just can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Bird and Co! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them!

Bird & Co catered our wedding and we had such an amazing experience working with Patrick. He and his team went above and beyond for us in so many ways. Our guests are still raving about the food many months later. We are so thrilled to have worked with Bird and Co. for our October wedding. Patrick was so easy to work with, so helpful and the food - oh my goodness the food. It was SO good! From the day we did our tasting we were in love and went back to the restaurant for all our birthday and anniversary celebrations leading up to the wedding. And I love that now we can go back for future wedding anniversaries! As a vegetarian, it was important to me that guests with dietary restrictions had a number of options and they knocked it out of the park. We kept hearing about how delicious the food was. Everyone on the team was absolutely amazing and the bar tender was a huge hit. I cannot recommend Bird and Co highly enough.

We worked with Bird & Co. as our caterers for our wedding a few weeks ago, and we cannot recommend them enough for anyone planning their big day in Maine. Patrick was incredibly easy to work with and helped to bring our vision to life, coming to the table with solutions for all of our ideas and always communicating in a positive and professional manner. The food was delicious and they prepared everything from our welcome drinks reception, cocktail hour, dinner, and our late night dance floor snacks-- our guests loved all of it. The food was amazing - everyone was telling everyone else how good it was as they were eating, and our guests were raving about the cocktails. As a wedding photographer & videographer, we were so impressed when working with Bird & Co. at a shared wedding that we hired them for our baby shower.
