Dear Colleagues,
We are delighted to extend our invitation to you for the upcoming 20th European Conference on Spectroscopy of Biological Molecules (ECSBM), scheduled to take place in Łódź, Poland, from September 1-5, 2024, at Lodz University of Technology, The Faculty of Chemistry.
Registration for the conference is now open on the website:
https://ecsbm2024.p.lodz.pl/registration/registration-form/
The European Conference on Spectroscopy of Biological Molecules was founded in 1985 and convenes every two years in a different European country. Researchers employing traditional spectroscopic techniques (Raman, IR, UV-Vis, fluorescence, NMR, EPR), as well as those focusing on imaging techniques applicable to the study of biomolecules, cells, or tissues, attend these meetings. Recently, special emphasis has been placed on the applications of biomolecular spectroscopy in the fields of biomedical imaging, anticancer research, drug characterization for pharmaceutical applications, drug delivery, and nano-biotechnology.
We are delighted to announce the participation of distinguished Plenary Speakers:
Prof. Thomas Bocklitz (Leibniz Institute of Photonic Technology, Germany)
Prof. Janina Kneipp (Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany)
Dr. Katarzyna Majzner (Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland)
Prof. Piotr Paneth (Lodz University of Technology, Poland)
Prof. Juergen Popp (Leibniz Institute of Photonic Technology, Germany)
Dr. Susan Quinn (University College Dublin, Ireland)
The conference will feature the following oral sessions:
• Molecular Spectroscopy
• Chemometric Advances
• Enhanced Techniques
• Biomedical Applications
• Isotopic Labeling
• Bioanalytical Applications
• Nanoscale Analysis
• Non-linear Optics and Time-Resolved Spectroscopy
Additionally, poster sessions are also planned.
More details can be found on the website:
