The Portland Board (Graham, in particular) was exceptional at communication. It was very prompt, and every question was answered. He was also very accommodating. He responded very amicably to several guest count changes, dietary restrictions, and day-of timing constraints. My wife and I never even saw the board of food. It was such a smash hit that it was enjoyed by our guests thoroughly and completely before we had a chance to see it. Graham showed up on-time, created a masterpiece, and showed up a few days later to collect the wood it was on. We would absolutely recommend Graham and the Portland board to anyone!

Grant’s charcuterie was gorgeous and so tasty! He puts so much time and effort in to making it look beautiful and to use local ingredients! I swear the board was gone as soon as everyone was able to get at it! Graham communicates well via email or text and makes sure you get all the little details in with him to make your event special! Thank you Graham!

The Portland Board was the perfect addition to our wedding catering. Graham was super helpful and laid back, and the display was beautiful. The food was delicious and we received many compliments. The VW bus was cute and picturesque and helped round out the whole vibe we were going for. We would definitely recommend The Portland Board for any wedding or catering needs!
