Q: I'm already signed up to The Knot, am I still eligible for the sweepstakes?

A: Yes, if you are already a member of The Knot follow the directions on the landing page to enter your name & email address associated with your account, which will enter you into the sweepstakes.

Q: How can I increase my chances of winning?

In addition to the mandatory entry via the landing page, you may earn an optional secondary entry by completing the following action:

Download and sign into The Knot app for the first time (this may occur either before or after completing the landing page entry) between January 7, 2025 and February 9, 2025 for an additional entry. Additional entries submitted outside the secondary entry Sweepstakes period will not be eligible to win a prize

    Q: What's included in the prize?

    A: The winner will receive up to $50,000 in the form of vendor invoice payments or reimbursements. All invoices must be for eligible vendors on The Knot Vendor Marketplace, who are primarily based in the United States and for services for a wedding happening between March 9, 2025 and March 9, 2026. If the winner has already made payment to a vendor for services for a wedding within this timeframe, the winner will be reimbursed within 45 days of receipt of each invoice and related proof of payment. The number of vendor invoices submitted is limited to 10 and all invoices must be submitted by July 1, 2026.

    Q: Which vendors are included?

    A: The $50,000 prize must be spent on vendors listed on The Knot Vendor Marketplace, who are primarily based in the United States, and must be within the following eligible categories: Reception Venues, Wedding Photographers, Catering, Bridal Salons, Wedding Planners, Wedding Cakes, Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal Showers & Parties, DJs, Wedding Bands, Videographer, Wedding Rentals, Beauty Services, Florists, Officiants & Premarital Counseling, Photo Booths, Bar Services, Transportation, Soloists & Ensembles, Decor, Invitations, Favors & Gifts and Hotel Room Blocks. Vendors within the following categories on The Knot Vendor Marketplace will not be eligible for Prize: Travel Specialists, Dance Lessons and Jewelers.

    Q: Can I enter if I've already booked several vendors?

    A: Yes! If you've already booked vendors for a wedding happening between March 9, 2025 and March 9, 2026, we will reimburse you upon receipt of each invoice and related proof of payment as long as the vendors are listed within eligible categories on The Knot Vendor Marketplace. The number of different vendors' invoices is limited to 10 and all invoices must be submitted by July 1, 2026.

    Q: How will I know if I've entered?

    A: Once you have created your account on The Knot via the sweepstakes page, you will receive a confirmation message on the sweepstakes landing page, as well as an email.

    Upon qualification for the extra entry for App Download, you will receive an additional confirmation email

    Q: Who can enter the sweepstakes?

    A: Entrants must be at least 18 years old, a US resident, a registered user of The Knot, have a wedding date between March 9, 2025 and March 9, 2026, and use vendors listed on The Knot Vendor Marketplace to book their wedding.

    Q: When will the winner be contacted?

    A: The winner will be contacted on or around March 11, 2025.

    Q: Should I not book any vendors until the winner has been announced?

    A: We encourage you to keep browsing and booking your vendors on The Knot. If you are selected as the winner, you will be reimbursed for what you have spent on services for vendors in eligible categories, up to the prize budget of $50,000.

    Q: What happens if I signed up via the wrong page?

    A: Entries will only be counted if they take place through the sweepstakes landing page.

    Q: When does the sweepstakes end?

    A: The sweepstakes ends at 11:59pm ET on February 9, 2025

    Q: Is there a limit on the number of vendors I can spend the $50,000 budget on?

    A: Yes, there is a maximum of 10 vendors and they must be on The Knot Vendor Marketplace, within eligible categories, and primarily based in the United States.

    Q: Can the prize money be used for a vendor that isn't listed on The Knot?

    A: No, the vendor must be listed on The Knot Vendor Marketplace before 2/9/2025. If you have already booked different vendors who are not listed on The Knot, we will not reimburse you.

    Q: Is this prize transferable? If I win but don't want it, can I pass it to an engaged friend?

    A: The prize is non-transferable, except at The Knot's discretion. If you have engaged friends or family members, be sure to pass the details on so they can sign up too!
